The voluntarily simplistic decoration brings out all the charm of the yellow stone characteristic of Sarlat and its surroundings.


Restored in independent buildings that were once used to house farm animals you project yourself into another time while enjoying the tranquility of modern comfort and maintaining privacy.

Our 3 rooms are all equipped with:

Charming room Côté Cour

This elegant room has been restored in an old sheep-fold, which has also been used partly as a henhouse, where the former nesting boxes are now used as book shelves.

It is south facing and built entirely of stone with walls 50 cm thick, which act as air conditioning during the summer heat.


An office area and another for relaxation allow you to take your ease.
The large en-suite shower room with its beautiful Italian shower offers a pleasant comfort.


A generous  French window  opens to the terrace, sheltered by its pergola and equipped with 2 sunbeds as well as a table with two chairs, suitable for reading or enjoying Perigord's specialties served on woodden plate. 


We find this very "cocooning" room.

Charming room Côté Jardin

This charming room has been restored in the other part of the old sheepfold, we have kept an original passage of 1M 53cm that leads to the bathroom. Beautiful exposed beams enthrone in this room.


It is also facing south and built entirely in stone with walls 50 cm thick which keep the freshness during the summer.

An office space and a relaxation area are at your disposal.


The large en-suite shower room with its beautiful Italian shower offers you even more comfort.
An ample door opens the access to the terrace shaded by its pergola and endowed with 2 sunbeds as well as a table with two chairs. The view of a garden with its well calls for relaxation.

Charming room Côté Pré

This charming room has been restored in an ancient wood-house, which also was used as a warehouse for agricultural equipment.


It is oriented in 2 cardinal points: North and South.

Also built in thick walls of stone it confers you freshness in warm weather and softness in cooler period.


This generously sized room is made up of a single bolck with its bathroom. It was designed to allow good circulation for people with reduced mobility. Its shower is huge.
There is also an office area and another for relaxation.


Its terrace facing north has a table with 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds, it receives the morning sun and remains shaded throughout the day.
All you have to do is lounge around sipping a drink from your mini-bar in front of the magnificent scenery of the valley and the viaduct.

The charming stone guests house
With beautiful volumes

This old barn completely restored in guest house has impressive volumes on a surface of 120 m2 and lets you appreciate its superb original framing. It is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people.
You benefit on the ground floor of a toilet with wash-hand, a living room, a stay and a kitchen entirely equipped giving on a shaded terrace equipped with a gas "plancha" and a relaxation area.
Upstairs you have three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet. Two of them have a bed 160 x 200 cm, the third one has a bed of 180 x 200 cm or can be modulated in twin beds of 90 x 200 cm.
Beds are made upon arrival and all linen is provided.
You have access to a free internet connection "wifi" or "wired" according to your choice.
The little extra: We can also deliver fresh bread and pastries daily.
